That's right, we ship 7 days a week using DPD for next day delivery. You can even order Friday, Saturday or Sunday and receive your order the very next day! - *Orders over £50 only - not shipping Easter Sunday or Easter Monday. 2pm cut off Saturday and 1pm Sunday.

Small items and orders less than £50 are usually sent via Royal Mail but can be sent by DPD.

Some of our lines, including furniture, are delivered direct from the manufacturer, rather than from our warehouse. These items do have their own lead time and are not included in the Next-Day courier service. The lead time for these items can be found on the individual product page on our website.

We currently do not ship outside the UK and please note that most furniture items are delivered Monday to Friday only.

Please note that someone must be available to take delivery. If orders are instructed to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or if the courier is advised to leave items, Pushchair Expert and our couriers will not be liable for any damage or loss of items. 

365 day returns arranged by us.

You can return any unused item up to 365 days after you bought it from us. We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it (minus the return fee).

We will arrange for DPD to collect the return from a location of your choice. Returns cost £10 per box. So if you are returning 3 boxes, we will deduct £30 from your refund once we have received and checked the items.

Should wish to return the item yourself, we suggest using some form of trackable service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery or a Courier.

When returning an item, we ask that you send the item back unused in its original condition with all the original packaging. All original tags must be present on the item as well. NOTE: If the item is not returned in this condition, we reserve the right to only offer a partial refund.

If you are returning an "Open Box" product, this needs to be in the condition received, unused and in the delivered packaging. 

Please note car seats and ISOFIX bases that have been used, cannot be returned. Mattresses that have had their packaging opened cannot be returned.

If you inform us within 365 days from the day you received your items that you wish to return them, you can do so and receive a full refund. We will arrange collection of the item at a cost of £10 per parcel.

Please return the item in its original packaging with tags attached in order to receive a full refund (minus collection fee). NOTE: Items not sent back in their original packaging will not attract a full refund, however we may be able to offer a partial refund, but this is at our discretion.

If the product demonstrates evidence of use which will reduce the value of the item, we reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund accordingly. If this amount is not acceptable, then we will return the item to you at your cost.

If you have any issues with your item and we have to exchange, your new item won't be shipped out until we have collected your item and examined it first.
