That's right, we ship 7 days a week using DPD for guaranteed next day delivery. You can even order Friday, Saturday or Sunday and receive your order the very next day! - *Orders over £50 only - not shipping Easter Sunday or Easter Monday.

Our back office systems are fully integrated with our courier which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

If you need something urgently, please call us on 01205 726300 and we will endeavour to organise this for you as quickly as possible.

PRE-ORDERS: Some items are indicated as pre-order. These items are not yet available, however customers can pre-order these ahead of time to ensure they don't miss out. If you order an item that is on pre-order, we will contact you with an expected delivery date once we receive your order.

Small items and orders less than £50 are usually sent via Royal Mail.

We currently do not ship outside the UK.

FREE 365 day returns

You can return any unused item within 365 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. The best bit returning an item is FREE!

Coronavrius Update: Returns will take 3 working days from recepit to process during the Coronavirus isolation period. 

All we ask is that you send the item back unused in its original condition with all the original packaging. All original tags must be present on the item as well. NOTE: If the item is not returned in this condition, we reserve the right to only offer a partial refund. If you are not happy with the refund amount offered, you can arrange to recollect the product at your expense.

If you inform us within 365 days from the day you received your items that you wish to return them, you can do so and receive a full refund. We will arrange collection of the item at our cost.

Please return the item in its original packaging with tags attached in order to receive a full refund. NOTE: Items not sent back in their original packaging, will not attract a full refund, however we may be able to offer a partial refund, but this is at our discretion. 

If the product demonstrates evidence of use which will reduce the value of the item, we reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund accordingly. If this amount is not acceptable, then we will return the item to you at your cost.
